Nicole L. Drozd is a skilled mediator and conflict resolution specialist with a strong legal background. She earned her Master of Science in Negotiation and Conflict Resolution from Creighton School of Law in 2019, equipping her with deep expertise in dispute resolution.
As the Family Mediation Coordinator at the Nebraska Mediation Center, Nicole helps families navigate complex conflicts. Her training includes a 30-hour mediation program (March 2024), a 30-hour Family Mediation program (October 2024), and 12 hours of Special Education Mediation training (February 2025), strengthening her ability to resolve disputes across various settings.
Through the Nebraska Mediation Center, she mediates small claims cases, parenting plans, and truancy cases while facilitating pre-hearing conferences.
