Proceedings below:  The District Court for Lancaster County denied Appellant's motion to transfer his criminal case to juvenile court, which the Nebraska Court of Appeals affirmed.  Appellant petitioned for further review, which the Nebraska Supreme Court granted and transferred this case to its docket.    

Issues: Appellant assigns the following error on petition for further review:  1) The Court of Appeals erred in concluding the district court did not abuse its discretion in denying Appellant’s Motion to Transfer to Juvenile Court; 2) The Court of Appeals failed to analyze the case under the correct standard of review.; 3) The Court of Appeals conducted an improper de novo review of the record; and 4) Appellant’s constitutional due process rights were violated.
