Proceedings below: Prior to her DUI trial, Appellant filed a motion to suppress, which was denied. After a bench trial, the district court found her guilty of fourth-offense DUI and sentenced her to ninety (90) days in jail, fined her $2,000.00, ordered her to three (3) years of probation, and revoked her driver’s license for fifteen (15) years. On its own motion, the Nebraska Supreme Court ordered this case to be transferred from the docket of the Nebraska Court of Appeals to its docket.
Issue: Appellant assigns the following error: 1) The district court erred in denying Appellant’s motion to suppress and holding that officers did not arrest her without probable cause when they transported her to a garage at police headquarters to perform field sobriety tests.
