Proceedings below: Appellee performed cataract surgeries on Appellant, and he experienced pain and reduced vision.  Appellant filed a medical malpractice lawsuit against Appellee, and the district court granted Appellee’s motion summary judgment and dismissed the lawsuit.  

Issues: Appellant assigns the following errors: 1) The court erred in granting summary judgment; and 2) Appellee did not establish as a matter of law that Appellant did not suffer any damages assuming Appellee failed to obtain informed consent.
