Proceedings below: The County Court for Dodge County, sitting as a juvenile court, denied the Appellant’s motion to rescind the relinquishment of her parental rights.
Issues: Appellant assigns the following errors: 1) The county court erred in finding by a preponderance of the evidence that Leah B.’s relinquishment of parental rights did not result from fraud, coercion, duress, or threats; and 2) The county court erred in finding by a preponderance of the evidence that Leah B.’s relinquishment of parental rights was knowingly, intelligently, and/or voluntarily executed.
