Action Taken by Trial Court: The juvenile court denied Robert B.’s (the children’s maternal grandfather) motion for placement and/or visitation. The juvenile court terminated the parental rights of Christina B. to her children and the parental rights of Herbert M. to his one child pursuant to Neb. Rev. Stat. § 43-292(6) and (7) and found termination was in the children’s best interests as to both parents.
