Nebraska Supreme Court Introduces New Fee Structure to Improve Online Services
The Nebraska Supreme Court approved adjustments to the fee structure for several online services—marking the first rate change in more than a decade. These updates, scheduled to take effect on January 1, 2026, are driven by the need to modernize and enhance the critical technologies that support daily operations across the Nebraska Judicial Branch. - The Subscriber Case Search service will increase from $1.00 per record to $2.00 per record.
- The monthly subscription for the Bulk Court Record Search System will increase from $500 to $1,000, providing access to up to 20,000 records per month.
- The one-time case search was increased from $15.00 to $17.00.
