§ 1-1301. Donations.

   Aside from grants, stipends, and volunteer services provided by nonprofit organizations, donations shall not be solicited by officers and employees of the Judicial Branch. Any monetary or nonmonetary donation offered to the Judicial Branch, other than items for the Nebraska State Library, shall be accepted or rejected pursuant to the internal policy approved by the Nebraska Supreme Court that includes criteria to protect the impartiality of the judicial process consistent with Neb. Rev. Code of Judicial Conduct § 5-301.2. Donors shall not use the fact of a donation to the Judicial Branch for advertising or promotional purposes.
